4. Waived Service Fee/Dispatch/Site Assessment: Say goodbye to extra charges! VIP members won’t have to pay any service fees, dispatch fees, or site assessment fees when they book a service with us.

5. Annual Home Inspections: Keep your home safe and up to date with our comprehensive annual home inspections, which cover the following:

• Smoke Detectors: We’ll check the functionality of your smoke detectors and replace customer-supplied batteries as needed, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Electrical Panels: Our team will inspect your electrical panels for any signs of wear, tear, or damage, and provide recommendations for maintenance or upgrades.
• GFCIs / AFCIs: We’ll test and inspect all GFCI and AFCI outlets in your home to ensure they are functioning properly and keeping your home safe.
• Home Safety Systems (excluding security systems and devices or items insured by third parties): We’ll examine your home’s safety systems, such as carbon monoxide detectors, to ensure they are working correctly and providing optimal protection for your family.
